GMSA understands the need to assist employees in providing the best opportunities for their children. This is demonstrated through a financial assistance programme whereby funds are made available to assist parents to cope with the cost of educating their children.
GMSA offers bursaries to employee’s children and retirees who have at least three years of continuous service.
Two additional programmes are also offered, one focuses on leadership development through the Youth Leadership Programme, the other is the Ready for Business Programme which helps children cope with the demands of the working world.
